MEET THE CHEF: MICAH FIELDS

Today we want to shed a little light on one of the shining stars of our American community. Direct from The Standard, Downtown LA we bring you Micah Fields.

When Micah is not shredding the streets of L.A. on his skateboard, he is working as Chef at the hotel's restaurant. He is as passionate about healthy and sustainable eating and farming as he is about German girls (an interest he developed while working with the legendary Chef Kurt Gutenbrunner- the culinary driver behind the Standard's Biergarten) and Mr. Ramen (you have to watch the video to find out about that).

Just some words of warning: avoid watching if you're already hungry!
